Out of my home office, located in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, I am dedicated to provide services to support and optimize your health and wellness. Our services include Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Perrin Technique.

I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years. I obtained by Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of North Dakota in 2018 in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care. During the CoVID-19 pandemic, I realized that I wanted a better way to help my patients improve immunity, healing and wellbeing. I researched different wellness programs and studied how lifestyle and alternative therapies can improve overall wellness. It is my mission to learn about each person and help them with individual goals. I am certified in holistic manual lymphatic drainage and the Perrin Technique. I will work with you to develop a plan that is individualized and fits your specific needs. My goal is help you feel better.
Our Services
The Perrin Technique
Body work that specifically treats those with Chronic Fatigue, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia and Long Covid. This technique was developed by Dr. Perrin who has been researching causes of chronic fatigue for 30 years.
LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Having pain, frequent illness or swelling? Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique that will improve lymphatic fluid flow. Improves healing and decrease pain before and after surgery, athletic injury or just helps to maintain your well-being.
NUTRITION
Nutrition planning and coaching are specific programs that help to improve health and wellness through specific diet recommendations and follow up
