Weight gain can have many root causes. The obvious is eating more calories than you burn. However, many find that they can’t lose weight even when they eat less or exercise more. At Plumeria we have techniques to find the ‘why’ behind your weight gain. Then we are able to offer treatments that will assist you better in your weight loss.
WHAT WE OFFER
Lifestyle Coaching
During your consultation we may find some areas that you may find are affecting your diet and health. We will provide coaching and support in these areas.
Nutritional Counseling
We are able to use nutritional response testing and lab tests to identify metabolism issues. We also do a comprehensive interview to determine any symptoms that may be caused by your diet. We will then recommend a food plan for you and offer support throughout the program.
Peptides and Supplements
Along with diet recommendations we can prescribe supplements to assist with weight loss. We also are able prescribe semaglutide or semorelin to enhance weight loss.
8 week Trim Down Program
Give us 8 weeks to phenomenal weight loss. Our program is an individualized medical weight loss program including nutritional lab testing, lifestyle coaching and additional treatment options like semaglutide, lipo trim and semorelin. This program is developed and overseen by our licensed Nurse Practitioner.
1. Schedule a Weight Loss consultation
Call to schedule a telehealth visit with our Nurse Practitioner.
2. Weight Loss Consultation
This telehealth visit is about 1 hour long where you will go through your medical history and weight loss history with a licensed Nurse Practitioner. At that time, you will get recommendations for food plan and adjunctive treatments to aid in weight loss.
3. Labs and diagnostics
Depending on your plan you will receive recommendations for lab draw or metabolism testing. You may have lab testing done at a labcorp near you.
4. Follow up
You will follow up with the Nurse Practitioner with telehealth visits every week to discuss your labs, progress, barriers and goals.

Inflammation causes pain and slow healing. With StemWave treatments we are able to decrease inflammation and improve the body's healing mechanisms. StemWave is a shockwave therapy used to treat Chronic or Acute bone, muscle and tendon injuries or pain.
The Perrin Technique
Body work that specifically treats those with Chronic Fatigue, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia and Long Covid. This technique was developed by Dr. Perrin who has been researching causes of chronic fatigue for 30 years.
LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Having pain, frequent illness or swelling? Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique that will improve lymphatic fluid flow. Improves healing and decrease pain before and after surgery, athletic injury or just helps to maintain your well-being.
